A journey in time with Alzheimer's

Lost in sound

Fragile thoughts … lost in sound
Wordless expressions … surround
Desperate … to communicate
Frustration … found a mate
Stutters … stammers … vent
Feelings rise … came ‘n went
Lost … Alzheimer’s … snare
Bits ‘n pieces … sigh … despair.

    its so easy to form the words and sentences in your head, but it is trying to put it into vocal sounds , then it just slips away into oblivion or suddenly reappears in a nothing completely different thought….damned brains get so confused….When the words do come out they are jumbled like a jig-saw waiting to be sorted.
    Sometimes I know the word..I can remember the first letter…butr after that its a blank until suddenly there it is…wrong time….wrong place…but I did remember it in the end.
    God Bless us all xxxxx

  2. It’s the despair that hurts most, I suppose. {{{hugs}}}
