A journey in time with Alzheimer's

Heart strings in the way

Daily grieving … heavy on my heart
Loss is great … can’t pry the hurt apart
Can’t toss it high … forever open up
Take the grief … take away the cup
Stumbling on tears… falling to the ground
Knocking over time … scattered all around
Want to glue the pieces … forever and a day
Need to let it go … heart strings in the way.

My poor dear friend. It sounds as though the illness is taking a very firm downward spiral…oh how I wish I could be there to hold your hand , or give a hug, You are always in my thoughts so even when you feel dejected and at wits end remember that I am still here. Give you thoughts and pain to The Lord..He knows how to ease such things.
Lovely lady, smile for me ! xxxxxxx
