Tears ago … my heart sank … much to know … to help Mom
Whispers of time … have past … my mission … remains fast
Hope is urgent … constant … hold tight … forceful might
Ever so close … yet not … dear God … my lot
Oh … to toss … the veil … that doubles … each day
I’m fading … exponentially … soon to be gone … away
Remaining memories of me … distant drumming sounds
Soon our only bond … you dear Jesus … our heart’s song
Daily prayer … no worry … no strife … a dignified life.

If Jesus could speak to you He would say ‘Be rested my child, just believe in me and I will take Mom home to where she belongs’
Your Mom has had a good life, even with Alzheimer’s….God has been with her step by step and He will not desert her now…neither will He desert you. He is by your side giving you support and He will not leave you
