A journey in time with Alzheimer's

I see fear when someone tries to help you and you do not know them or understand their motives.

I see suspicion when kindness is offered,  but not understood

I see sarcasm when you do not hear an answer to a question and you think you were ignored

I see relief when a familiar friendly face comes toward you in a crowd

I see love when you recite memories of loved ones you hold dear.

Caring Is Sharing – Mother is  adjusting to her new surroundings, I see her in a new light, but in the same way!

  1. A new chapter for both of you. I like the poem.
