A Crystalline mineral, essential for life
Edible rock salts, gray, pink, or white
Sea water … deposits on rocks …it’s true
Rises blood pressure …tastes great in stew
Your pressure’s up, you’re salty enough
I offer your meds …you say …no more stuff
You frown looking tough …I wait awhile
Finally you take …with a smirking smile!
