A journey in time with Alzheimer's

Mother’s Hands

Through the years
Hands tell a story

They’ve held our hands
And bathed our face
They’ve fixed our foods
And bowed in grace
They’ve gardened flowers
Tended sick
They drove a car
Lit a candlestick
Knitted, crocheted
Made clothes, a blouse
They’ve washed dishes
Cleaned a house
Changed diapers …pants
They’ve held books
Used a telephone
Cleaned crannies and nooks
They’ve swept floors
Dusted shelves
Watered plants
So much …IF
Your hands told their story
It’d take … ETERNITY.
