Saw you sitting on the floor
My heart skipped a beat
You refused help up
You crawled …stood on two feet.
Obviously …sore all over
Your pride’s intact
Pain in your neck
And hip and back.
Later, you’ve no knowledge
This happened to you
You don’t deny the pain
The pills may see you thru.
A warm moist cloth to neck
And “ANNIE GET YOUR GUN”
We’ll get this discomfort
Hopefully … on the RUN!

Yes, mom was outside looking for the singers she heard in her head, came in and fell. She’d been walking on wet grass. It was awful seeing her sitting on the floor yelling for me: Sis Sis! Loren and I tried to help her, but no! She got up herself. No obvious fractures. Warm moist heat to her neck (she has spinal stenosis and has neck pain frequently).
