Knobs, handles, buttons, and switches all seem foreign to you
You pull and push and mash and squeeze and yet that will not do
You will not ask for help, for that is not your way
I cringe to watch you frustrated from day-to-day.
I try to make it easier by opening cupboards and doors
Where all you have to do is simply reach and take what’s yours
But you still expect it to be harder than it is
So, I watch you push and pull and mash and squeeze some more.
